also an idea, if theres any time when the chesire cat is talking and because of times he dissapers, we could cut out massive chesire cats mouths and put them around the hall and we could take the lights of the stage and on to one of the mouths then the cat be like "over here" then lights back onto the stage and the chesire has moved....
